Dr. Lima-Ratcliff is a Board-Certified Pediatrician with nearly 20 years of experience in general pediatrics, spanning urgent care, outpatient, and inpatient settings. She is also a Certified Physician Executive and a Fellow of the American College of Pediatricians, reflecting her commitment to both clinical excellence and leadership in pediatric care.
Dr. Lima-Ratcliff completed her pediatric residency at two of the nation’s top children’s hospitals—Children’s Hospital of Michigan and UF Shands Children’s Hospital—following a prestigious 3-month externship at Harvard Medical School. Her training laid the foundation for a career defined by compassionate care, clinical rigor, and a deep dedication to families.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Dr. Lima is passionate about educating and empowering parents. She believes in building lasting relationships based on trust, collaboration, and shared decision-making to support every child’s health and well-being.
